The marina at Santa Teresa di Gallura is some way from the village, particularly as the majority of the yacht berths are on the wrong side of the harbour entailing a long walk just to get to the start of the walk! I chose to anchor in the mouth of the inlet and was met by a very tame cormorant who let me almost touch him.
You face cliffs but, very conveniently there is a landing spot and steps up to the village; ideal both for access and exercise!
Santa Teresa di Gallura is small and unassuming but pleasant for a night and seemend to have a more friendly sort of native than I have found in other similar villages. It is however best described as a one night stop.
So on to Castelsardo
